This site, once a staging area used during the construction of a major interstate interchange, will no longer be thought of as mere leftover space, but as a neighborhood. In order to retain a portion of the natural setting however, the existing grassy marsh area is to be preserved and augmented with additional landscaping and a wooden footbridge.

This development was designed with walkability in mind. Using principles of traditional neighborhood design, the residences are brought close to the street and include amenities such as front porches. Sidewalks line both sides of the streets for the majority of the development. A centrally-located community center features a great room with a stone fire place, kitchenette, maintenance office and an exercise room. An outdoor swimming pool offers family fun during the summer time.
