Paul holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Minnesota. He has over 30 years of experience in a diverse array of project types and construction delivery methods. In 2010, the Cornerstone Building Foundation (a committee of architects, engineers, and contractor peers), selected our Firm "Architect of the Year" -- an award that he attributes to the commitment and customer focus by every one of the WSM team. Paul is a past-President of AIA Southern Arizona.

Joel has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as an architect and subcontractor. Joel is also a certified building plans examiner. He specializes in Defense, Commercial, and Education projects.

Kristen DiBone

AIA, ASID
Director, Interior Architecture
Kristen has a Bachelor of Architecture with honors from the University of Arizona. As an Architect with a focus on interior design, Kristen believes that beautiful spaces are created when functional imperatives and aesthetics harmoniously reinforce the building concept. Kristen’s experience in strategic planning, programming and design for clients such as Green Valley Recreation, Pima County and Tucson Water allows her to synthesize information at multiple scales into a strategy for realizing the project goals. With a diverse range of experience in the design and project management for municipal, commercial, institutional and non-profit project types, Kristen leads an engaging, collaborative design process to achieve the project goals and illuminate creative vision.

John Price

AIA, NCARB
Associate and Project Manager
John is a leader in the architecture field, serving as President of the Southern Arizona Chapter of American Institute of Architects in 2016, along with numerous other leadership positions since he joined the AIA in 2007. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has 25 years of experience with a variety of project types ranging from public safety, office, educational, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, medical, and multi-family residential. Many past projects occurred in and around the downtown Tucson area, helping to develop the City into a more vibrant community. During John’s many years as Outreach Director, he managed the AIA’s Canstruction event, which provided over 30 tons of canned food to the Community Food Bank.
